Mr. Huguenard leads the Industrial Capital Markets practice within the Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the largest international real estate services companies in the world. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Huguenard specializes in industrial investment sales for institutional owners, REIT’s, corporate clients, developers, and private owners of real estate. He has consistently been one of the nation’s top investment sales producers. He has been an international director at JLL since 2012, and was the firm’s top producer for Industrial Capital Markets in 2011 and 2012. He also worked extensively advising Transpacific Development Company, helping to shape the company’s real estate portfolio which, in turn, was a source of funding of the Curci Foundation.
Mr. Huguenard holds a Bachelor of Science in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from Indiana University, and is a member of both the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Curci Foundation since 2013.
