Mr. Irish has been active in commercial real estate since 1982. He has been with Transpacific Development Company since 1988, and has been president of that firm since 1995. He is responsible for directing the company’s strategic acquisition, disposition and property leasing decisions, and has completed more than $4 billion in investment sales and acquisitions for TDC. Income from the sale and leasing of TDC’s properties has been the primary source of funding for the Curci Foundation. Prior to working at TDC, Mr. Irish marketed properties in the San Francisco Bay area for a real estate management firm before joining Cushman & Wakefield, becoming one of that company’s top agents within two years.
A Michigan native, Mr. Irish graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He is a licensed California real estate agent. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Curci Foundation since 2006.
